Based in Europe
A software studio for the long term.
We design, build and maintain software — and stay after launch.
What we do, or get in touch.
Work
What we do
- Product & SaaS — idea to production, billing included
- Integrations — systems that were never meant to talk
- Automation — replacing manual, repetitive work
- Cloud & platform — infra, pipelines, monitoring, cost
- AI — practical, evaluated, kept in check
- Ecommerce — Shopify apps and storefront work
- Support & maintenance — owning what's already live
- Consulting — a second opinion before a costly call
Studio
How we work
You work with the person building it — no account manager, no handoff.
Pace
Weekly, working increments. You see real progress, not a milestone months away.
Quality
Built for the business you'll have in three years: tested, documented, easy to change.
Partnership
We stay after launch. Fixed scope or ongoing capacity — based in Europe, working with clients anywhere.
Tools, and who answers
We build with current AI-assisted methods — generation, review and test scaffolding — to flatten the boilerplate and keep the pace up. It handles the repetitive layer. Architecture, review and every judgment call stay ours, and you are told where it was used.
You will never talk to a bot here. Every message, quote and support reply comes from the person doing the work — no chatbots, no AI agents answering on our behalf, no ticket queue.
Process
How an engagement runs
The same shape, whether it's a month of work or several years.
- First call
We talk through the problem and whether we're the right fit. No charge.
- Proposal
A short written plan: scope, approach, timeline, price.
- Build
Weekly delivery, a direct channel, and an environment you can try early.
- Handover
Documentation, access, and a clear account of how the system runs.
- After launch
Ongoing support, or a clean handoff — your call.
GDPR
Data and compliance
We operate under EU law and GDPR. Where we process your data, we do it as your processor, under a signed data processing agreement, before work begins. Full detail in the privacy notice.
Contact
Contact
Usually answered within a business day, by the person who'd do the work — never a bot.

Privacy
Last updated 3 September 2026
This notice explains what personal data Valdren processes, why, and what rights you have. It covers visitors to this website, people who contact the studio, and users of our products. It sits alongside the data and compliance statement above, which covers processing carried out on a client's behalf.
Who is responsible
Valdren is the data controller for the processing described here. Write to support@valdren.dev about any privacy matter, including to request the studio's full registered details. Where we process data belonging to a client's or a merchant's own customers, that client or merchant is the controller and Valdren acts as a processor on their instructions.
What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, and the content of your message | To answer an enquiry or a support request |
| Account or store identifier, owner name and email | To identify a product installation and apply its settings and plan |
| Configuration you enter into a product | To make the product behave as you configured it |
| Usage and diagnostic events: feature used, errors, timestamps | To fix faults and decide what to improve |
| Country, currency, timezone, plan | To display correct formats and behaviour |
Legal basis
We rely on the performance of a contract for the data needed to deliver a product or an engagement, on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and improving our own software, and on legal obligation for accounting records. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before you did.
Data our products access
Each product requests the narrowest set of API permissions it can work with, and the platform shows you those permissions for approval before installation. We read data only to deliver the stated function.
Per-product note: replace this with the accurate scope list for each published product, for example "product and collection data is read to build the search index; order and customer data is not accessed".
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
- We do not use client or customer data to train machine-learning models.
- We do not use data gathered through a product for our own marketing.
- We do not share data between clients, or aggregate it into public benchmarks.
This website
No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers are used. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request that loads them. Where privacy-preserving analytics are in use, they record aggregate page views only and cannot identify an individual visitor.
Sub-processors
A small number of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf, each under a data processing agreement: a cloud application host, a managed database provider, a transactional email provider, an error-monitoring service, and a product-analytics service. A current list naming each provider and its location is available on request from support@valdren.dev. Clients are notified before a new sub-processor is engaged and may object.
Replace this paragraph with the named providers once the stack is fixed.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Product data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstallation, except where a longer period is required by law. Where a platform sends mandatory data-request, redaction, or account-deletion notifications, our products implement those endpoints and respond within the required timeframes.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on encrypted volumes, with access limited to the people delivering the work. Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted. We request the least privilege a task requires and retain no more access than a product needs to function.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing. Write to support@valdren.dev and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the European Union member state where you live, work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
International transfers
Data is hosted inside the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
Changes
Material changes are announced by email to affected clients and users at least 14 days before they take effect. The date above always reflects the current version.
Terms
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms govern the use of Valdren products. Services engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing here overrides that agreement.
Licence
Subject to an active subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a Valdren product on the accounts or stores you own or administer. You may not resell it, sublicense it, reverse-engineer it, or copy its code.
Fees and billing
Where a product is distributed through a platform, subscription fees are charged through that platform's billing system and appear on your existing invoice from it. Charges recur monthly or annually according to the plan you choose. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless the product is uninstalled first. Current prices are shown on the product's listing and inside the product.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the product; billing then stops according to the platform's billing cycle. Partial periods are not automatically prorated. If a product failed to do what it says it does, contact support and we will put it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome.
Price changes
Existing subscribers keep the price of the plan they are on. Any change that would affect you is communicated at least 30 days in advance and requires your approval through the platform before it takes effect.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans. Support is provided by email within one business day, Monday to Friday, Central European Time. Maintenance likely to interrupt service is announced in advance where practical.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use a product to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited messages, or to place deliberate excessive load on our infrastructure. We may suspend an installation that does so, with notice where circumstances allow.
Your data
Your data remains yours. How we handle it is described in the privacy notice and the data and compliance statement, both of which form part of these terms.
Liability
Products are provided as they are. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the fees you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost sales. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You may terminate at any time by uninstalling. We may discontinue a product on at least 60 days' written notice to active subscribers, during which the product keeps working and you can export the data it holds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which Valdren is established, and disputes that cannot be resolved directly fall to the competent courts of that state. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
